2010 TitusNites Cruise-Ins and Street Parties
The Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present TitusNites Cruise-In Car Shows and Street Parties throughout the year.  The public is welcome to come down and join us for live entertainment, shopping, food and much more.  Admission is always free.  The Car Cruise-Ins take place in the odd numbered months on Saturday evenings from 2:00-6:00pm at Sand Point Park.  The Street Parties are held in downtown Titusville on Mariner Way in the even numbered months on the 4th Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, except for the December Event which will take place the 1st Friday of the month.

Downtown Titusville Green & Farmers Market
Purchase fresh produce, jams, sauces, fruits, honey, flowers and much much more at the Downtown Titusville Green & Farmers Market held every Friday beginning April 16th at Space View Park.  Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 2:00 pm each Friday.  Space View Park is located on the corner of S. Romance is in the Air - February 13th-14th, 2010 - Downtown Titusville
Couples spent a romantic evening in downtown Titusville with carriage rides, special romantic treats, live music, romantic courtyard setting, desserts and discounts on February 13th and 14th.  Click here for pictures from the event.   

National Day of Dance - February 27th, 2010 - Sand Point Park
Parrish Medical Center, Radio Disney and the Titusville Chamber hosted the 2010 National Day of Dance on February 27th at Sand Point Park in Titusville.  The event featured health booths and information, dance performances, music, food, contests and much more.  Visit www.dayofdance.org for more details on the nation-wide event.  Click here to see pictures from previous years. 

7th Annual Jump 4 Joy Children's Day - March 6th, 2010 - Sand Point Park
Jump 4 Joy is a free kids' day event which took place on March 6th, 2010 at Sand Point Park in Titusville. Several child related organizations, groups, clubs, were on hand to give out information on their children's programs and services.  FREE finger printing and safety car seat checks was provided by the Titusville Fire Department and FREE Bike Helmets will be given away by the Space Coast Pilot Club.  Parents were able to gather information they wanted while children were entertained with plenty of activities, such as bounce houses, coloring contests, games, Zumba for Kids presented by Parrish Health & Fitness Center, Jungle Adventures exhibit, corn hole contest and more.  Sponsored in part by Inflatable Smiles, Parrish Health & Fitness Center, Titusville Fire Department and Jungle Adventures.  267-3036

Fabulous Females/International Women's Day Event - March 8th, 2010 - Titusville Playhouse
This event celebrated International Women’s Day, a national holiday for women on March 8th at the Titusville Playhouse.  The event features singing, inspirational speakers, story tellers, pampering services, cooking demonstration, food, fashion show and a women's market designed to network with women in business.  Women networked, shopped, and enjoyed themselves at an event that treated them like a Queen.  Sponsored in part by Formal Oasis, Parrish Medical Center-Spirit of Women, Cassone Home Style, Titusville Playhouse, La Starza Wellness and Evolution Dance Company.  267-3036

Taste of Titusville - March 16th, 2010 - Searstown Mall
Taste of Titusville, a food extravaganza and business expo, was held on March 16th, 2010 at Searstown Mall in Titusville.  Attendees sampled delicious treats from more than 30 area restaurants, food vendors, caterers and businesses, as well as, perused the promotional products and table top displays from over 70 area businesses.  Click here to see some photos from previous years events.  This year's event sponsored by Sam's Club, CarePlus, Benton House, Comfort Keepers, Newcomer Funeral Home, BJ's Wholesale Club, Hometown News, Riverside National Bank, Savings Safari, Bright House Networks, Searstown Mall and Parrish Medical Center.  267-3036

Indian River Festival - April 15-18th, 2010 - Sand Point Park
The 35th annual Indian River Festival took place April 15-18, at Sandpoint Park.  Presented by the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce, this event is among Brevard's longest-running festivals. The event features a local business showcase, carnival rides, an open-air market with arts, crafts and ethnic foods, military displays, Family Fun Zone, live entertainment, corvette car show, championship bull riding, beauty pageants, raft race, Crosswinds Duck race and much more.  Contact Brevard Productions at (321) 615-8111 for more information on the festival.  Click here to view photos from previous years. 

All That Jazz Street Party - April 23rd, 2010 - Downtown Titusville
Mariner Way in downtown Titusville was the scene for the All That Jazz Street Party in April.  The live, exciting filming of Titusville's first music video took place prior to the street party starting.  The Groove Smooth Jazz radio station broadcasted live from the event.  Attendees listened to the smooth sounds from recording artist Erly Thornton, Scotty Cockerham, 2 Smooth, The Gruvons, Ocean Breeze, Tony Wynn and Nuvo Sound.  Parrish Medical Center sponsored a free movie at the event.  267-3036 

Career Exploration Event - April 27th, 2010 - BCC Titusville Campus
The Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce partnered with Brevard Community College Titusville Campus for a one-stop career exploration event.  We bussed more than 250 students from Astronaut, Space Coast and Titusville High Schools to BCC for this event.   All students will participated in discussions about “hot careers," took a guided tour of the BCC Campus, and then spent time at the career showcase in the gymnatorium.  Call Carol at the Chamber for more details, 267-3036.

International Festival - May 1st, 2010 - Sand Point Park  
Attendees to this car show and festival experienced food, dance, music, crafts and more from a variety of different countries and cultures at the International Festival which took place during the TitusNites Cruise-In, Brevard's largest free car show May 1st at Sand Point Park.  There were live performances by many cultures, a Parade of Colors, ethnic food, arts, crafts and much more.  267-3036. 

Guys' Night Out - June 18th, 2010 - The Coffee Shop - Downtown Titusville
For Guys Only - a night filled with video gaming, antique cars, smokers and sports lounges, R/C race cars, corn hole tournament, cigar & cigarette girls, prizes and giveaways! This is one event you manly men won’t want to miss.

TitusNites Bacchus Event - June 25th, 2010 - Downtown Titusville
Join us for an elegant Festival of Bacchus, The God of Nature, Vine and Wine.  Sample fine wines and fabulous food selections at this street party, which will focus on area bartending establishments, restaurants, caterers, banquet halls, facility rentals, party suppliers and event organizers.   The event offers fun for the whole family with live jazz entertainment by Scotty Cockerham and recording artist Erly Thornton, wine and food samples, hurricane preparedness information, cooking for kids, children's fun area, grape stomping, cooking demonstrations and much more.  There will be 4 wine distributors on hand to pour free wine samples.  Sample all, buy your favorite by the glass or bottle.  This is will be an elegant linen event that will be decorated to give you the feel of stepping into a winery.  Click here for a vendor application.  POSTER  267-3036 

Mega Marketplace - June 30th, 2010 - Cocoa Civic Center

Welcome Back To School Reception, 2010 date coming soon - Astronaut High School
The Education Committee of the Chamber partnered with Dr. Bobay (North Area Superintendent) and hosted a Welcome Back to School Reception for all the teachers in North Brevard, Thursday, September 10th, 2009 at Astronaut High School.  The event was sponsored by Community Credit Union and Staples.  2010 date and details coming soon.

Blues, Brews and BBQ TitusNites Street Party- August 27th, 2010 - Downtown Titusville
Come to downtown Titusville for a night filled with Blues, Brews & BBQ.  Admission is free to the street party which offers live entertainment, food and fun activities for the whole family.  This month's event will take place August 27th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm and will feature live Blues music, a Beer Garden and BBQ challenge.  If you think you're BBQ recipe is the best, bring it on!  Whether it's ribs, chicken, pulled pork or your favorite sauce, show us what you've got.  This cook-off is for you!   Tickets for sampling each BBQ recipe will be $10, $5 for entrance to the Beer Garden and $20 for a VIP wrist band that gives attendees unlimited sampling for both the Beer Garden and BBQ Challenge.  Click here for a vendor application.  Call Gina to sign up for the BBQ challenge or for more details, 267-3036.
